Buzz and Beth run Notch Above Bread, a small bakery located just above the Notch in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Each week, Buzz prepares and bakes a variety of breads and pastries in-house, and Beth helps bring them freshly to the Lancaster Farmers Market on Main Street every Saturday throughout the summer.
Stop by and get a treat before going on a hike or exploring the great North Country.

ARTISAN LOAVES
Slow-risen, hand-shaped, and baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. A rotating selection of loaves, from classic sourdough to seeded rye, each crafted with care and made to be savored.
SANDWICH & PAN BREADS
Soft, pillowy, and perfect for everything in between. Our pan breads are your everyday staple, ideal for sandwiches, toast, and any meal that starts with great bread.
LAMINATED PASTRIES
Buttery, flaky, and impossibly light. Built from dozens of paper-thin layers of dough and butter, folded by hand into croissants, danish, and more.
BAKED PASTRIES
Sweet staples made from scratch and baked, sometimes twice. From double-shot espresso brownies to scones and biscotti, perfect for an afternoon treat.
